Organization Chart or Process Chart?
Are you able to show your processes in a process chart? Are your associates aware of it and able to understand it?
Basically, every company is able to represent the way it works in terms of the organization chart. How many companies do you know that are able to produce a process chart that reflects the way value is delivered to external (core processes) and internal clients (enabling processes)?
If you want to transform your organization into a more digital and agile one, it is critical to provide the purpose of the work to every associate. We believe that this is better achieved by providing a map with an associate’s position in the company’s processes.
